This fantastic vintage quilt has so much character!

The fabric pieced together to make these 6 point stars have such vintage charm to them.

Reminds you of simpler times in the country, or a nice summer picnic!

It has a wide array of colors from bright vintage oranges, to pretty sky blues, bright long gone floral designs, geometric, little donkeys hauling water, kittens with fancy bows, delicate little flowers, fancy lady's in Victorian dresses, wagons full of cotton, marigolds, daisy's, paisley designs and many more! Every time I look at this quilt I seesomething new!

This quilt has bright bold vintage colors with minimal damage at all. There is some cleaning that needs to be done as I do not feel comfortable washing in my machine as it has a fierce agitator. The white could be brighter, it has that vintage dinge look, but not bad at all.. See pics!

This quilt along with all the others I post are finds from estate and yard sales. I try to get as much info as I can from the sellers on vintage items and trust what they tell me to pass along to you.

This quilt was found at anold farm sale in a pile of quilts. I bought 5 at the same time, this being the oldest of the bunch and he said his mother called it a feedsack quilt. This one was told to be all handmade VERY VERY OLD and was a gift to the women who had passed away. She only used it a hand full of times during the warmer months in one of her 4 spare rooms. The seller also said this was the quilt he has always remembered since he was a child, andthat she never let anyone of the children, grandchildren or great grand childrenusefor there stay over's or tea parties :)

This quilt measures 78x60.

This quilt is not heavy and perfect for spring and summer months!
