Up for sale is an outstanding find ~Antique Limoges France Hand Painted Porcelain Portrait Plate expertly hand painted by a 19th Century artist. The gorgeous painting depicts an young Victorian Bride wearing a white flowing gown holding a cascade of flowers and in her blond hair a crown of white blossoms. Adding to the beauty of this painting is the elaborate raised beaded gold paste framing the portrait.Measuring 10\" in diameter, the bottom bears the green early factory mark of the Haviland Co. \"H&Co. L\" ~ used from 1886 to 1896.
Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, scratches or repairs. Noted for accuracy ~ some \"beads\" missing.
