Getrude is Swedish, and her work was sometimes also produced by Michelsen\'s sister company in Sweden. She is featured in Ginger Moro\'s book European Designer Jewellery.

This Lovely Simple and Realistic Sterling pin, with the sides of the leaf curled, weighs10 grams and measures 1 1/2\" in length and 2 1/4\" in width. It is signed with the \"AM crown logo, STERLING DENMARK, Rougie (Engal\'s Signature)\" and closes with a Roll-over Safety Clasp. Beautifully crafted – this timeless treasure is in Excellent Vintage condition!

The Anton Michelsen Silversmiths was founded in 1841 and then purchased by the Royal Copenhagen Porcelain Manufacturer in 1968.Marks: Brooch: AM under crown, Sterling Denmark, \'\'Rougie\' (Engal\'s signature).
