A very nice Royal Doulton salad bowl and matching servers in the Arundel pattern. The bowl is 9 1/4\" in diameter; top opening is 6 3/4\" in diameter. The height is 4\". The servers are 11\" in length. The pattern consists of what I believe are blue peonies on a white background interspersed and overlaid with gold accents. The porcelain handles of the servers are similarly decorated. Overall the condition of both the bowl & servers is very good. There are no chips, cracks or restoration. There is some wear to the silver plating of the bowl rim. The plating on the servers is very good, just some slight wear on the base of the spoon. The base of the bowl has the pattern number \'A4803\' (introduced c 1881-1892) and the Doulton Burslem backstamp and pattern name in blue. This mark was in use between 1892 - 1902. Altogether I believe that the overall condition of the bowl and servers is extremely good considering that all pieces are well in excess of 100 years old.
