I have a particular interest in Scottish and Scandinavian silver, though I have no great knowledge, I am learning new things every day, with a view to becoming more expert in this field. I try my very best to list things correctly, but listing on can be a bit of a chore and mistakes can happen. I do check everything thoroughly, but occasionally can miss a fault or get a colour wrong, occasionally I make a complete mess of things.

Obviously if the problem is the result of an error by me then I will always agree to also refund the postage. Often I can offer an similar item, if you prefer. As a business seller, I am obligated to allow customers to change their mind, but I hope to go further by ensuring that, where possible, my customers can feel free to buy things, return and exchange, and that they receive a brilliant service, as well as a gorgeous piece of jewellery!
