Webster and became a subsidiary of Reed & Barton from 1950. The brush has natural bristles that attach to a wooden base and then surrounded by sterling silver. It is uncertain whether the handle is solid sterling silver or weighted sterling silver. The bristles are in good condition and the brush is quite usable.Measures approximately 6-1/4\" long. The bristles are approximately 1\" long.
