Quality mid to late 19th century covered Victorian pewter quart pouring tankard.

Height 8.5 inches.

Pewter is clean and evenly patinated with no solder repairs, hinge is good and tight and again un-repaired.

No damage to the handle.

Small engraved area under the spout carries the latin motto 'labor omnia vincit improbus'

Guaranteed no cracks or restoration or solder repairs.

Base is glass bottomed and in fine uncracked original condition.
