Lovely antique 19th century Victorian solid 10K yellow gold lavaliere. Bezel set in its center is a finely hand carved pink salmon cameo. Pin set throughout the intricate gold work are very lustrous little natural seed pearls. Dangling from the bottom is a natural baroque pearl. A tiny prong set diamond like stone is mounted near the top of the lavaliere. Does not test to diamond. Entire lavaliere measures approximately 2\" X 3/4\". Excellent original antique condition.
