ANTIQUE VICTORIAN SCOTTISH 9 CARAT GOLD CAIRNGORM BROOCH & EARRINGS SET c1880:

An antique Scottish, solid 9 carat gold (tests thereabouts) brooch & earrings; (not quite a set but a very good match) beautifully made, and set with bright faceted natural cairngorms.

High quality, very attractive & so wearable...collectable too!

CONDITION: All original and very, very good. Slightest signs of wear and shallow dentingcommensurate with age and use.

DEFECTS: None.

DATE/MARKS: Around 1880/90. Not marked.

DIMENSIONS:Brooch 35 mm diameter, earring faces 19 mm diameter (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter.

WEIGHT: Approx. 18.0grams in total.
