About 20 years ago I purchased a duplex here in Wisconsin that I planned on fixing up and living in for a couple of years. As I was making some repairs in the basement I found a cistern that was buried under a thin layer of concrete filled with water and ash. Within that mess I uncovered a large number of glass bottles and other garbage or what they considered garbage back in the early 1900\'s. These bottles have been sitting in my basement since then and I have now decided to part with them. I am not a bottle collector and I will do my best to describe each one and price them based on what others have sold for on . The only cleaning I have done is with dish soap and water so most of them still have residue from being in the ash and water.
This particular bottle is probably the nicest one in the bunch. It is a real dark brown glass bottle that stands 8\" tall with no chips or cracks. As I mentioned earlier I only cleaned with dish soap and water so the glass does still have some residue on it. Please view all of the pictures, what you see is exactly what you will get.
