Spring has finally sprung at the Cottage Garden! This is a very prettyantique General Store Seed Box Display. Please scroll down to view several more photos.
It is wooden with original hardware. This is a Mandeville & King Flower Seeds Box. The early litho signed by Brett Litho Co, NY is beautiful! A country cottage is featured in thecenter surrounded by all types of colorful flowers! At the bottom of the graphic is listed the variety of flower seeds that were once held in this box. The prices ranged from 5 cents - 20 cents per packet for a total of $17.00. The top of the box featurestwo Cabbage RosesYellow andPink with pretty Green foliage. One of the brass closure plates are missing on the front of the box. This seed box measures 11 7/8" x 8 3/4" x 23/4".
