Antique Zsolnay Art Pottery Ewer Pitcher "shriveled" Glaze Open Work Number 763:
ANTIQUE ZSOLNAY ART POTTERY EWER PITCHER "SHRIVELED" GLAZE OPEN WORK NUMBER 763
This is an area of art pottery that I do not know a thing about-from a little research, I put together the description and hope it helps. It is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks that I can find, but does have loss to the gold which trimmed a lot of the areas from what I can see. It is about 9 1/2" tall and impressed on the bottom ZSOLNAY PECS 763. It has wonderful pieces of openwork around the body and interesting features on the spout and handle. The color is turquoise and from what I found has what is called a "shriveled" glaze. The number 763, dates it to 1873-1882. Feel free to email any questions about it.
Please email any questions and check out my other sales, as I do combine shipping.
SELLER PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:All items must be payed for within 5 days of the end of the sale, unless you have made other arrangements with me.
