Beautiful art deco opalescent glass bead necklace.
Art Deco shimmering glowing opalene foiled glass bead necklace. The colours are milky blue and pink and gold. When the light hits the foil they appear to glow from within. This piece is exquisite owing to the beauty of the beads. There are 30 beads all together and each one is approx 8mm long. Appears to be on rolled gold wire and finished with a brass barrel clasp which is very secure.
Condition: Lovely. It looks to me that allcomponents are original. Approx 17.5" long. I have checked the beads over and 2 of them have wear, chipping to the surface. All the others are fine with only the characteristics of antique handmade beads, ie bubbles and irregularities which one expects from antique hand made beads.
