Offered to you is a vintage gold anodized wastebasket by craftsman, ARTHUR ARMOUR, who designed this intricately detailed hammered aluminum oval shaped wastebasket. It is hand wrought with a world map on the front and ARMOUR worked in his small studio in Pennsylvania. He began using the gold anodized finish from 1956-1976. The wastebasket 10\"high, 12\"wide and 7.25\" deep. The wastebasket has an embossed world map pattern with icons of native animals, compass, rolled edges and rivets. The wastebasket is in excellent condition with the exception of a few minimal scratches on the back and dents in the bottom. The interior is clean and rust free. It is signed Arthur Armour with his hallmark inside. This is a wonderful mid century piece!!
