Arts & Crafts Stickley Hinged Top Copper Inkwell With Als Ik Kan Stamp Estate Pc For Sale
As you know I sell Estate goods and this is from the same Estate as all the Yes band memorabilia--seems the gentleman was a huge lover of the Arts & Craft style and his entire condo was decorated thoroughly in Mission Oak Stickley furniture! Thus the next set of items I am selling are all Arts & Craft related items with some really unique finds--so be sure to check out all my listings this week quite the eclectic group of items--just goes to show you never know what someone will collect! This Arts & Craft offering is hand hammered copper Stickley hinged lid ink well! It stands approximately 2 1/2" tall and the base is 5 1/2" in diameter. The lid is hinged and in good working order, but it is missing glass insert which is not unusual and probably easily replaced. The base is stamped with the Stickley copper mark of ALS IK KAN. Great piece--a must for any Arts & Craft fan a great addition to any desk top! Be sure to check out the other inkwells this week!
