DESCRIPTION - You are offerding on an old and authentic Cobalt Blue glass hand blown cork top THE OWL DRUG CO POISON embossed poison bottle, with OWL BIRD standing on Mortar & Pestle, as shown. This old American poison bottle stands 4 3/4" high and is triangular in shape. This popular bottle was put out by the Owl Drug Co of San Francisco, which began business there in 1892 and expanded to locations around the Western United States, and had branches in Chicago and New York.
CONDITION - This bottle is sold AS IS, no chips or cracks or dings but does have noticeable surface roughness and etching from being dug in what probably was some alkali soil.
