A very high quality sterling silver box. It is hallmarked for London 1958 with the maker’s marks being those of the very desirable Asprey & Co, it is also marked ASPREY. It is of circular form completely gilded inside with engine turned exterior and a fine quality lid handle which folds down. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs all the gilding is complete. It measures a fraction under 1.5 inches (3.5cms) wide and weighs 17 grams. A very nice item by a sought after maker.
