Up for sale is a rare sectional sofa by mid-century designer Adrian Pearsall for his company Craft Associates. The sofa speaks for itself as a true Mid-century standout. The Craft Associates tag pictured shows its authenticity as a collector\'s piece. The sleek lines of the piece will go with any vintage Environment comfortably.Condition: This set is in original condition. It has not been refinished and it has the originalupholstery. I have used this in my house as theupholstery works fine for my needs. The one-piece cushion on the main part of the sofa is still plush even after all these years. Some of the foam has risen up on each side of the couch where less activity is.All buttons but one are present. I\'ve just flipped it to the other side where you can\'t see the missing button. There are no tears or rips of any kind on the main section of this couch. The sectional piece of the sofa has wood veneer to match the veneer that runs the length of the platform. It\'s in great vintage shape with no fading or scratches. The pouf seat or ottoman is still plush and retains the foam. The original owner who had this sofa from 1968-2008 had the end of the sectional with the ottoman sitting in front of a window. Because of this, there is a rip I have pictured in the ottoman. In my photos, you can see it\'s not noticeable if you put it against the wall as I have done. While this sofa is a candidate forreupholstery, there are still many years of life left in it as is. The wood veneer that runs the length of the sofa retains nice original coloring. It has a few small dings, but overall is in great vintage condition. The black base is the same. The straps on the bottom are mostly intact. Check out the pictures. They need to be stapled back is all.
