Youare offerding on a healthy african violet starter plant currently growing in a 2 oz. condiment cup. The picture of theblooming plant is for reference purposes only.The plant you are offerding on is a young plant and has yet to bloom, sowe cannot guarantee it will bloom true.However, the parent plant has bloomed true to color.

Wepack with care to ensure that your plants arrive as safely as possible, butonce the box leaves our possession, it is out of our control. Brokenleaves and spilled soil will happen at times during shipping, but this is normaland not considered severe damage.

DO NOT LEAVEYOUR NEW PLANTS IN THE are fairly delicate and should not be left outside in extreme cold orheat. Please try to be home when your plants arrive or make arrangementswith your post office to hold for pick up. We make no guarantee for boxes left in the mailbox.If your new plants/leaves are severelydamaged in shipping, a photo is required of the box and damaged plant. Ifthe plant is deemed severely damaged, we will either replace or credit you forany loss, but the buyer is to pay shipping on any replacements.

Shippingis by USPS Priority Mail and is $9.00 for 1st plant and $1.00 per eachadditional plant or $.50 for each additional leaf.

*Ifyou live in an area where it is consistently below or near freezing, a heat pack is strongly recommended and may be added to the shipping cost.Heat packs are $2.50. Please let us know if you wish topurchase one. We will not be responsiblefor plants that are damaged or frozen from the cold during transport if a heatpack is needed but not purchased.

** Iftemperatures are deemed too cold for shipping, you will be notified and plantswill be held until it is safe to ship.

Ifyou are offerding on multiple sales, to prevent having to pay for additionalshipping fees, PLEASE let us knowand wait until you are ALL donebefore sending payment. If we do nothear from you, an invoice will be sent the day following the end of sale.
