Returns

Returns are typically accepted within 14 days, but check this posting shipping and payment tab to get the specific details. Occasionally there are situation in which we cannot offer a refund. Please note that in order to get a refund the item MUST be in the exact condition (unused & undamaged) it was mailed in.

Shipping Damage

Item get broken in the mail from time to time – fact of life. If this happens it is not a reason for return and an insurance claim will be processed so that your refund will come from the Post Office or FedEx depending on shipper. This process may take up to 30 days.

International Buyers

International shipping is offered on most items, within size limitations. Shipping takes a minimum of 28 days.
