Truly an exceptional camel back dome trunk. Rarely do I find this type of original, authentic intact quality. Real craftsmanship went into this trunk, just look at all of the detail on the compartments. This has not been tampered with. The numerous details both inside and out are in remarkable condition. Beautifully covered in metal tin and wood slat detailing on the outside. The inside of the trunk has been decorated with lovely scenic pictures of the day. Stunning colors abound each of the compartments. Also included but not pictured are several newspapers from 1941, 1943 and 1970 from Des Moines and Cedar Rapids Iowa.
