An Anglo Indain Inlaid Box

This table is constructed from a solid sheesham timber

and has been profusely inlaid with brass and copper

the top opens to reveal two partitions and a mirror on the inside of the top

in the base is a drop in tray

i believe this box to date from the 1920s,

this type of box and decoration comes from Hoshiapur in North Indian

The box is in good condition with a lovely finish

45cm x 30cm x 16cm.

All items are described to the best of my knowledge , all items are antique and will show signs of

age and due to the age of the items some would have had restoration.
