The main body of the pendant isjasper with a Chrysoprase gemstone bead withsilver findings andincludes an18.5 inch silver plated chain. The bail is made of Bali silver, with a silver content between 92.5 to 99%. The Romans, Egyptians and Greeks used Chrysoprase in jewelry and other ornaments because of its opalescent green color.

As the smallest coin in circulation inancient Judea, they were crudely struck with a star on the front and anchor onthe reverse. Most, like this original specimen,have partial strikes andare heavily worn.
