Antique Chinese blue and white saucer plate bowl measuring approximately 9 1/4 inches. Weighs a substantial 1 pound 6 ounces. Mingor Qing Dynasty period. 17th18th or 19th century. Plates like this are apparentlydifficult to date...or so I have read. See blue character mark on bottom.
Good condition as described above. Minor imperfections from age and use.
In last four photos I have attempted to show the surface by angling the plate to reflectlight against the glazeshowing wear and bubbles. Inquiries and expert opinion always welcome.
