Pocket Watch in Solid 14K Gold and made circa 1894, or almost 120 years ago.
Looking at and holding this Beefy 14k Solid Gold Antique Pocket Watch is
also amazing in that the 120 year-old watch looks in such amazing
condition that it could have been made yesterday (and if only things
were still today constructed so well as they were back then).This pocket watch weighs in at over 1.4 OUNCES! It is stem-wind and set, and not one of the KWKS or KW KS models also popular in that same era. The pocket watch is in astunning tri-color solid 14K Gold Hunter Case, and also has a solid gold cuvette covering the movement. This 14K Gold Case case has the identical solid gold 14K marking on each of both sides of the case. As much as anyone who is still alive today, almost 120 years after this pocket watch was made, the case and movement are all original to each other. The bezel over the dial also appears to be solid gold. The size of this watch solid gold case pocket watch measures just about 1 1/2 inches across, excluding the stem and the bow. The Bow, which is Solid Gold, is bent but could be re-shaped should the new owner so desire!This pocket watch movement is of very high quality, as can be seen in the pictures, and has a high-end Elgin movement. NOTE some hairlines in dial as can be seen clearly in the pictures.While this pocket watch keeps reasonably accurate time and is absolutely in excellent running condition, it is not sold with any guarantee as to timekeeping, and if this is important to the new owner, it may require some adjustments after shipping.
