Antique 1800s Victorian 10k Yellow Gold Repousse\' Floral Knot Watch Pin Brooch
Offered today is a lovely antique Georgian or Victorian repousse\' watch pin. This pin has no hallmarks, but the top has been tested by our estate jeweler, and it tests positive for solid 10k gold. It is difficult to see the difference in color, but the flat base layer to which the pin portion is soldered, is sterling silver, and the domed decorative top, is 10k gold.The design is a stylized \"knot\" design, with milgrain detail, and a flower and leaf design on one side. The small loop where the watch would be hung is on the underside.The pin measures 1 3/8\" by 1\". It closes with an early open C clasp, as you\'d expect from a pin this old... It weighs 5.1 grams, and is in good vintage condition, especially considering its age!
