ANTIQUE 1800s YELLOW WARE MOCHAWARE PIGGY BANK HOLE EYED PIG GREEN BROWN GLAZES This antique hole eyed piggy bank is covered on the upper half with green and mocha brown drip glazes. You usually find these banks with just the mocha brown glaze--the green kicks it up a notch. It measures 4\" long and is 2 1/2\" high.The condition is extremely good with just one small chip at the coin slot, and a couple of light scuffs in the rear. The coin slot is slightly off center, which makes him kind of unique!! His head is pristine with no chips to the ears or snout as so many of these banks will have, due to their rough handling over the years.A really nice piece to add to a yellow ware collection!!
