You are viewing an antique circa 1800's kettle style mortar and pestel with handle and brass lid.
9 1/2" tall from feet to top of handle, roughly 6" wide at widest point, 5" in diameter at top of kettle.
This mortar and pestel has a nice patina on both the cast iron kettle as well as the brass lid and would look amazing in any collection or as a decoration.
Has three legs for support and handle for transport.
Pestle has a rare look I have not seen before. Looks to be original.
