Purchased in the Philippines during the Spanish American war

Glasses have elaborate American eagles onfront and back- underneath each is stamped E Pluribus Unum
Sides also have filigree
Issues: lenses do not focus (view remains constant)
Inner silver section is easily removable (6th photo
No scratches to optics; no mold or fungus under glass
Case lid has Adad & Picard Manila printed in gold underneath
Case hinge is not longer functional
