As a high volume seller it is difficult to place a shipping charge with insurance on an item that is a true sale. An item may go for $5 or $5000. I understand $7 insured shipping is alot for a $5 item and too cheap fora $5000 item...so I work on an average. So no matter the amount...$7 shipping is all you pay and all items are FULLY INSURED. Combined shipping. Yes...I do combine shipping and it is $1 more for each additional item after the initial $7 is charged within 7 days of offerding.
