O\'Hara Dial Plate/Coaster which I believe is Painted Pewter. The center is hand painted enamel with a quote from Poet Thomas Moore.
Quote on plate/coaster reads; \" I\'ll Make the laws of nature mine, and pledge the universe in Wine\"
Enamel has what looks like a tiny scratch, it is not a crack, and does not go thru, I can barely feel it when run my nail over it. I believe plate is pewter which shows it\'s age. Hallmarked on back. 4 1/4”
