ANTIQUE 19thC IRISH SOLID SILVER 3 PIECE TEA SET, JAMES FRAY, DUBLIN c.1833-34
Description
Antique 19th Century Irish Solid Silver three piece tea set, consisting of tea pot, sugar bowl and milk jug.The pieces are squat melon shape, profusely chased and embossed with flowers and foliage. The teapot has a cast rose finial and bears a family crest. Each piece Hallmarked Irish silver (925 Standard), Dublin, year 1833 (N) the teapot and the milk jug and year 1834 (O) the sugar bowl. Maker's mark IF (James Fray).
