Magnificent antique printer\'s letterpress tray cabinet with 20-drawers, c. 1880. Gorgeous patina and original surfaces! Cabinet is heavy, strong and sturdy. All butthe top and bottom drawers have earlypaper labelswith numbers 2 through 19. The top 19 drawers have had all of the interior wooden dividers removed.The last owner used it to store their art supplies which mainly consisted of large pieces of stained glass. The bottom draweris a metal-handled Hamilton printer\'s tray with all of the interior dividers intact. Impressive piece of letterpress history! Superb antique rack ofdrawers!
Dimensions:Cabinet measures53-3/4\"H x 37-1/2\"W x 21-5/8\"D. Drawers\' interiorsmeasure 30-1/2\"W x 15\"D x 1\"H.
Condition:In excellent overall antique condition with wear from age and use. Gorgeous patina! Structurally excellent. All over surface wear. Several trays have light splits in the bottom. All of the trays have had their interior wood dividers removed except the bottom Hamilton tray. Please review pictures thoroughly for condition.
