MANUFACTURER: Unknown. ITEM AND DESCRIPTION: Here is a Early 20th Century Halloween BLACK CAT Arched CAST IRON BOOT SCRAPER. It appears to be in all original condition. The top bar is v shaped for scraping. it also shows a slight bowed ware area to the top from many years of scraping mud from boots. This is trule a great antique piece of cast iron.
