Great piece that’s over a 100 years old that’s survived the test of time. Itappears that the bail has been replaced and that sometime in the past someoneadded a coat of black paint to the outside. Some minor pitting in the insidebut no cracks chips are repairs
This was being used on a kitchen islandto hold fruit as a center piece in a kitchen we really like that idea, butthere’s no reason you can’t create your own great re-purposed idea or clean itup and put it make to workMeasures 6 ½” tall, 9 ½” x 9 ½” at the top and 4 ½” deep inside
