...... Tonight and over the next few days we will be listing a collection of rare and important dolls. There are French Fashion Dolls, Rare Character Dolls, Automaton Dolls, 19th century China Head, Wax Head Dolls and Pull Toy Dolls. They are all from one person’s lifetime collection, which was assembled during the early 20th century. The collector was very discerning and every doll is in perfect condition with their original clothing. We will be listing each doll separately and without any reserve. We also unconditionally guarantee that the high buyer will be more than satisfied with the quality, condition, age and authenticity of each doll or we will return all their money.

...... I’ve measured this doll twice and she definitely measures only 9 inches tall. Marked on the back “Bru- Jne 2/0” the Jumeau bisque head is guaranteed to be in perfect, original condition. She has beautiful, periwinkle blue, paperweight eyes and her hair is original and attached to a cork plug. We’ve looked at her bisque head closely with a bright light and we guarantee it is in perfect condition with no restorations. Her paperweight eyes are also perfect. She is missing one of her earrings. In the photographs of the back, you can see some chips to the edge of the neck hole on the composition body. The rest of the body, the jointed arms, hands, legs, and feet are guaranteed to be perfect with no restorations. Her lace trimmed dress and layers of undergarments are all original and she’s wearing a wonderful straw and blue satin bonnet. At the top of her socks is the letter “B” for “Bru” and both of her leather shoes are marked “Bru Jne. Paris.” She is also wearing her original gold plated “Bebe” brooch. Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment (excluding Saturday/Sunday) and most times are shipped out within 24 hours! Every package is sent with full insurance.

Also, some freight items are too large for us to pack safely and so we send them to Providence Pack & Ship to be professionally packed. US Buyers: Shipping costs for most items can be determined by the shipping calculator in the sale (Please view details below about calculator) and are shipped via UPS ground.  If you prefer USPS this is also an option.  If you prefer USPS, please contact us and we will make arrangements.   Any item that sells for over $250 must be sent with signature required.

International buyers:  Please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning buyer is responsible for shipping & customs charges. We reserve the right to choose the carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment. Any item that sells for over $250 will be sent Express Mail with FULL insurance.
