Art Nouveau PolyChrome Plaster Lady Bust

This is a Beautifulold Turn of the Century French Art Nouveau stylePolyChrome Painted PlasterLady Bustthat is Signed on the Back with a date of what looks to be 1903. This Estate Fresh Beauty is larger than Most that we have Sold& looks to be a Life Size Bust. She would be a Welcome addition to any Victorian parlor. These Turn of the Century Lady Statuesare much harder to find than their Bronze counterparts because they were more easily broken and fewer survived over the years. This Gorgeous Lady is marked on the Back though I cannot make it out. (see pics) She is also signed on her shoulder by the Artist. This old Girl is in Very Good Condition with a few light scuffs andlight chips here and there to the edges but she Still Displays Nicely and they are of little concern. Most could be touched up with paint if desired. This old beauty was found in a Baltimore Estate along with another Bronzed Bust and aSigned Bust by Louis Carrier Belleuse that wehad listed earlierthis week. This Beauty is Large & very heavy & would make an Impressive Statement in any Gallery. She Displays nicely and you may even want to consider giving her a Pedestal to herself! This one is a Real Beauty!
