Antique Art Deco Chinese Sterling Silver Green Jadeite Jade Pendant Necklace For Sale
This is a magnificent antique Art Deco period Chinese sterling silver filigree jadeite jade necklace. It features 3 genuine and natural rich apple and emerald green jadeite jade pieces in donut shape accented with sterling silver filigree floral pattern at their center. They are mounted in the most intricate sterling silver filigree frame in leaf and dotted patterns. Dangling underneath are sterling silver pieces in the form of carrots. Connected by sterling silver floral filigree chains with an off-square genuine and natural emerald green jadeite jade piece on each side. It is tested to be sterling silver. In great antique condition.Please examine all images carefully prior to offerding. This is an older piece dating back to 1920's. Such a impeccably crafted piece! A serious collector's piece not to be missed!
The necklace is 16-3/4" long. The center rich green jade donut measures 27mm in diameter and with the sterling silver carrots it dangles to 3-1/2" long (at the longest part). The 2 jade donuts on both sides measure 20mm each and with the sterling silver carrots they dangle to 2-1/2" long (at the longest part). The necklace weighs 40 grams.
