This is a very fine and collectible set of antique Art Deco Chinese gilded silver carved jade necklace and bracelet with foo dog repousse set. It features 10 genuine and natural carved apple green jadeite jade pieces depicting birds, secured by 4 prongs and mounted on magnificent and intricate engraved leaf pattern gilded silver base. The amazing part is the gilded silver repousse pieces attached to the bracelet, on the clasps of the necklace in the form of Chinese foo dogs. Marked \"CHINA\" and pure silver in Chinese characters. In great antique condition. For further details, please examine all 8 images carefully prior to offerding. Circa1920\'s. The choker necklace is 14-1/2\" long and can be extended longer by adding chains to both ends. The bracelet measures 7\" long. 10 pcs of carved jade pieces alone (without counting the frames) measure 16mm each and with the frames they are 20mm each. The lovely gilded silver repousse foo dog piece attached to the bracelet measures 7/8\" in diameter. The set weighs 39.4 beautiful grams.
