Antique Art Noveau Art Glass Vase Webb Mary Gregory 1890-1900:
This is a beautiful Art Nouveau glass vase from around 1890-1900. It is a nice size measuring11" tall. The vase has a wonderful glass enamel portrait of a young girl surrounded by cranberry color and Art Nouveau tendrils that are gold leaf. It seems very similar to Mary Gregory, but the color looks similar to something Webb may have done. It is of a medium weight and was most likely blown and then enameled. It is more striking in person than it is in the photographs. It has a little bit of wear here and there, but no chips or cracks. A great centerpiece and a nice addition to any collection of Art Nouveau or Victorian art glass. The top and bottom rim are a cranberry color and the middle is a frosted very light green. Good luck and have fun offerding!
