PRICE REDUCED !!! Vintage Black Forest wood carving with clock. This hand carved statue has two animals and a clock. They are either a Stag, Chamois, Deer, Ibex or Wild Goat. The top animal is standing atop a carved rock formation with a couple of Edelweiss Flowers, one on each side. The other one probably a female Deer Doe laying in the grass. Excellent carving of all figures and landscaping. LUZERN is carved into the bottom front. One ear on the bottom carving has a small piece broken off, not to distracting. The clock does not work, it probably can be repaired. Carving stands 10 & 1/2 inches tall, 5 & 1/2 inches wide at the base, and 3 & 1/4 inches deep at the base. A great patina on the wood finish. I would think this Swiss Carving is over 100 years old. Some lines on the wooden base, see pictures. A Great Present for your Favorite Black Forest Wood Carving collector.
