Here we have a estate find 7 very old well made antique RARE spoons of some type i was told theyare old butter scoopers then another member told me they are1800s ice cream scoopers HOW TRUE I HAVE NO IDEA PLEASE HELP ME GUYS ??? . As you can see they are very old and used if you take a look at the end of the wood handles near the metal parts you can see the wood handles all have burned marks from using them these are 100% authentic not reproductions . i do not know what they are called nor exact date they are made but they defiantly are very very old antiques they are not knock offs 100% guaranteedyour money back. i my self could not find out any info on these at all if any one can please tell me what they are used for ad what you call them please do so i can tell other members. However i can tell you i found them all together up inside a attic with the other larger tool that looks like to me a strainer please take a look at my other sale you will see it . this sale is for all 7 hand hammered iron cooking spoon with wood handles. the one spoon as you can see the handle has a crack on it their for the metal spoon part came out of the hole but does slide back in all you have to do is glue the metal piece back into the hole. all other spoons are in good solid condition none are loose nor coming out of their handles. they are not all the same exact sizes their are couple that are around 14\" 1.4 inches long and couple around 13\" 1/4 long and their round iron metal hand hammered parts are also different sizes some are around 4 1/4 inches from front to back and others are around 4 inches and 3 1\'2 inches . then from the left to right on the hand hammered round metal parts they are all different width\'s they are around 4 1/4 then one is around 4 inches wide then another over 4 1/2 inches wide around 3 3/4 inches please remember they are all hand made so the sizes i am given you may not be exact but very close. also their wood handles are a little different in sizes some just a little wider then others very fat strong well made handles. who ever made these back then was a very good craftsman they just do not make stuff like these anymore. any questions please ask also please have a look at my other old antique kitchen tools that i found from same estate i do combined shipping.
