Re-listed due to non-paying buyer. Only serious buyers please. Antique CP GOERZ Optical KENRO K2 LENS for Large format photography F10This lens is a Goerz Kenro K2 Dagor. The reported focal length is 270mm, but I measured it and it seems more like 330mm. A great one for research, since it might be a rare prototype, especially considering the early serial number. The widest aperture is marked F10. The iris is smooth all the way down to F45, and has 14 blades. The serial number is 818668. The serial number may be something of interest to Goerz aficionados as you\'ll recognize that this lens was made on the same benches as another batch of dagors called the Gold Rims or Golden Dagors.The body of the lens is in great condition, with very minimal wear. The glass has one scratch on the front element and one on the back (see photos), but shouldn\'t affect the final print. The scratches are toward the outside and not in the center. The rest of the glass looks fine. This lens is a barrel lens, there is no shutter. I use barrel lenses with either a lens cap as a shutter or a Packard shutter.This lens comes with its original mounting flange that can be removed with ease. Coverage is good and can cover 8x10 and as the Goerz catalog states this lens will cover approximately twice its focal length. In addition each half of the Dagor can be used as a single cell lens so you have a 22\" cell as well, Ansel used a single cell to make the \"Frozen Lake and Cliffs\" image (just Google that title).
