Antique Carved Burlwood Wood Thimble Case Acorn Shape Treen 19th Century / 1800s For Sale
We're pleased to offer this carved wood (burl wood?) thimble case that looks like an acorn. The top comes off, there's a bone inner rim and there is a spot to place a thimble. The case is 3 inches tall and the opening diameter is 7/8 of an inch. It dates to the 19thcentury. There are a couple of little dents and light agewear cracking, no major breaks.
