A gorgeous set of two Victorian Era (circa 1880) brass and crystal girandoles, both in remarkably good condition. A cast brass depiction of a Victorian mother and daughter picking grapes from the vine, each with eight crystal drops and mounted on marble bases. These must have been lacquered way back when, as they are still so shiny and show only a little patina to the back sides here and there. I don\'t see that they were signed so I can\'t say when or by whom they were made, but they do look very much like some \'Cornelius\' pieces listed on other sites. One of the candle cups is bent a little and I did not have the nerve to try to bend it into place,.....I\'ve leave that to the new owners if desired. The marble basesmeasure 5 7/8\"L x 3 7/8\"W and the brass is 4 3/4\"W x 13 1/2\"T (14 1/2\" total).
