Antique Chinese CarvedJade/Jadeite Pink Tourmaline Ornate Sterling Bracelet- Rare~Fabulous

The bracelet features3 hinged curvedsections of finelycrafted ornate silver, a large domed round tourmaline cabochon, 2 beautiful carvedjade/jadeite stones (each one carved fromone solidpiece of jade/jadeite)& the original clasp & safetychain.

The jade/jadeite stones are a charming green color, they arepolished & have anice sheen. Thetourmaline stoneis semi translucentpink color & has natural inclusionstypical to earth mined stones. Please note that colors vary from monitor to monitor due to different monitors resolutions.

It is one of the mostunusual & rareantique Chinese bracelets that I have seen.I added many pictures, but they do not do justice to its beauty (the yellowish spots in some picturesare light reflections).

MEASURMENTS: Thebracelet measures about6-3/4" long wearable lenght and just a line under 1" wide (25mm). The jade/jadeite stones measure 24mm long x 16mm wide on widest part & togetherwith the silver are 19mm deep (raised) on the deepest parts. The tourmaline including bezelmeasures 19mm indiameter, and with the silver its 17mm deep (raised). The bracelet weighs 53.8 grams. The last 3 pictures were taken next to a ruller.

CONDITION:The bracelet is in great condition with age patina on the silver. All the stones are secure & the clasp works properly. The tourmaline stonehas a smalldrilled hole on the back, which indicates thatit was originallya button/ornamentattached at one time to agarment of a scholar or courtier.
