Hi! I have up for sale an antique Walkure German bisque head, jointed body composition German made doll. Her name is Rebecca; she has blue sleep eyes, an open mouth with little teeth, pierced ears and earrings. She also has a wig made from the original owners hair, according to the written note that accompanies the doll. The note was written in 1985 by a purchaser who owned the doll until her niece inherited it several years ago.
Her long braidedhairis intact on her head, which is embossed with \"Walkure Germany\" on the back. She has a lovely cream colored silky dress with green lacey trim and matching bonnet. She also has a petticoat, shoes and socks.
As mentioned, her left leg is broken off right below the knee. It looks like someone tried to repair it once, but it didn\'t hold. The knee joint is still in its place. Other parts of her body are crazed, most notably on her lower right leg, as expected in a doll of this vintage.
