This beautiful antique ring dates to the early 1900 Edwardian era. It is so feminine and airy. The center holds a small collect set blue sapphire that measures about 3.8 mm\'s. There are also 26 tiny rose cut diamonds surrounding the sapphire that are crazy sparkly and clean for old cut diamonds. 22 on the face are securely collect set, 4 on the sides of the band are prong set. The band and under galley test for 10k-12k gold and the diamonds are set in silver, common for antique rings. The face of the ring measures 17 by 11.55 mm\'s.
Current ring size is 7.5. I believe it can be sized a few sizes.
The old band was worn very thin and I had it replaced by my jeweler. The new band is sturdy but is slightly out of round. This is a very old, hand made ring of fine quality and looks gorgeous on the finger.It weighs about 2.5 gramsWill ship first class insured in its antique ring box shown
