Silver Spill or Single Flower Vase

This petite vase is fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1902. There are two issues. Please see photo 6 to note one of the outer photos has broken or worn down. The centre wide area or belly in the centre of the stem is secure but it rotates. I.e. the top part of the stem twists round but it is secure and doesn\'t separate at all. It does need a good polish and there are some minor surface marks and scratches but nothing major. It stand approx. 7 cm tall. The base is approx. 4 cm in diameter. There is staining on the green base padding. Total weight approx. 30 grams but this includes the non silver padding weight in the base.
