A beautiful oak biscuit barrel or cookie jar sometimes used as an ice bucket with nickel silver plated mounts and un engraved shield cartouche to front which could easily be engraved to personalize as a wonderful gift.

The interior has a porcelain liner which is un damaged so could be used to store ice cubes or biscuits, the silverplate has aged patina.
